Anyone have USBLAN drivers for Windows 2000? The drivers that are packaged with Radiocomm are for XP and won't install on 2000...
Thanks in advance...

Found the drivers file, thanks. Of course now Windows 2000 won't let me uninstall the partially installed and/or corrupted USB device(s). Gives me "Windows could not load the installer for USB. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance" when I try to uninstall from the device manager.Originally Posted by Marecki
Any thoughts on how to remove these devices? I can't install these other drivers until these bad devices are out of the way.
Thanks!
Did you try to update drivers on these devices?

Yup. I get the same installer error. I'm currently editting the registry to remove the partial keys. I'll report on how that goes.Originally Posted by Marecki
Any other ideas in case the registry editting doesn't work would be greatly appreciated...![]()
I had to use regedt32 to change the permissions on the XP driver entries and then was able to delete them. I then downloaded the Belcarra drivers that will install on Windows 2000, but wasn't able to complete the connection.
Oddly enough, I installed Radiocomm on a Windows XP instance in VPC on my Powerbook and it works fine! Go figure.
