Net Monitor, tapisrv

After spending some time with strace, tapisrv and efemreceiver i got some info about communications with tapisrv. Just want to share little program that print to stdout data like efemreceiver. Now it's possible to parse data and write something like netmonitor. Currently i have no time to do this.. So maybe any other programmer will do it

Hello, I want to develop it further, along with (if possible) - the SBCM, and the complete engineering menu which I am missing so much from my previous V635.

But could you share some info about the development environment and the programming interface, because these are new topics for me... Also download links...
