flexbit editor for a780/e680

I don´t know? I can download it, but if I want to open, it says file corrupt. The File are on the desktop but you can´t open it!! Some files should only be renamed in mpkg to install it to phone. A dialog will open and says corrupt file!
Maybe the firewall of these desktop?? I don´t know, but thanks for your help!
