SMS Scheduler -> is it possible?

Guyz,

Is it possible to develop a small application to schedule the sending of SMS? I see that we can do it by default for MMS (Send Options -> Send later -> Time).

It should support a queue of several SMS-sending, and display a list of the queue. An ability to execute the tasks when power is off would be excellent (like alarm ... wake up the phone first, send the sms, and turn phone off again).

A delivery/read report sent to our number in the form of SMS (instead of the normal native dialog box) would be a great additional feature.

If this seems to be possible, I will move this topic to Bounty Project, and ready to chip in for the bounty.

Well, on my provider (Telenor Pakistan), start off the SMS with the following:

*late <enter hours to delay by, without pointed brackets>*blah blah blah...

You can try this.

this can be an interesting project but i hope less that it can be possible. way to go for developers
