shell access thru netcat on a1200

someone mentioned getting shell access on the a1200 using netcat. could someone elaborate on that? i've used linux here and there but am not knowledgable enough to know how to do it. i googled and got some info on reverse telnet access via netcat, but you'd have to have netcat running on the phone... any help would be appreciated.

i've read that, it doesn't explain anything about using netcat to gain shell access, just how to backup using netcat.

but in the meantime i've gotten a working busybox binary and will try the reverse shell access trick.
