Love ya Edwaredlee!

Ok, for an A780, add the following to the [Mycrosoft] section:

%UsbNet.DeviceDesc% = UsbNet.ndi, USB\VID_22b8&PID_600c

Now I have to figure out why I can't telnet into my a780 anymore, I hope I didn't screw something up... oh well, at least I'm already getting a replacement since my 7,8 &9 buttons don't work... I'll have to be more careful next time!

dd if=/dev/zero of=/ram/awsomeswap bs=1024 count=16384
mkswap -v0 /ram/awesomeswap 16384
sync
swapon /ram/awesomeswap

Hi daniel,

You can use my new attached file for VID_22b8&PID_600c.

Thank you. I had a problem with the driver though, I'm not sure what. I had to switch back to the Belcarra driver =(. I would telnet in and the session would hang after about 2 or 3 minutes. I didn't find anything in the event log. I tried a few pings after this happened and I got a funny error (maybe it was "open" failed?)

Anyway, thanks for updating the inf =)

I get the same hang after 2 or 3 minutes.

I'd switch back to the belcarra driver but the one I have has never installed- it gives me

"a service installation section in this INF is invalid"

I've searched and searched for a replacement and I can't find it anywhere!

Also how do I switch the phone out of usblan mode
i.e.
what's the reverse of
echo MotNet > /proc/usbd-switch

Ta muchly
