    Could any one show me how are MTF files made for A768i ?

    Please ignore my question. it is basically TAR and gzipped file renamed to mtf.

    Exactly. Just create an directory tree with correct permission and tar, gzip. You are on the way. (the same for .mpkg or .pkg)
