USB Host - Need more information

I'm back.
Warmly cheer with theseiler (seili) for your really good things that you have achieved. For the problem that system did not recognize the new inserted devices in USB host's bus, I think that:
- Moto did not enable hotplug for USB host. (they just coment out the hotplug section due to power problem)
- Moto did not enable the USB host 2 port (you can see in the driver code)
That's what I have learn from recently study on the kernel source.
Now I have access to a new e680 again (my old phone was stolen before).
I hope I can continue to contribute to this project.

wish u the luck abcslayer, if one day i can plug-in my usb flash drive into phone and store GBs of data easily, that will be just GREAT.

OK. I've just found V3 & E398 L3 Service Manual but can not found docs for e680. Now, I understand your idea. As EMU info from those manual, there are special value for PPD(phone powered) devices (Moto have prepaired for OTG devices) and smart accessories but with that value the PCAP switch to UART mode. So by switch the PCAP to correct port may be harder (I must confirm whether or not PCAP already wired to USB host controller on PXA27x)

You say "PCAP switch to UART mode". Can you establish rs232 communication with a PC terminal for example ?
