I want to modify the cg35 pls tell me how to do it
i couldn't mount it with mount -t cramfs -o loop
is there any other way

as far as i know, to get access to the data in cg35 shx you have to fisrt split it into the corresponding .smg files before mounting them cramfs-style. what in there did you want to modify? i have a copy of OPTIMIZED_SETUP_A780CG15.smg (see: http://www.www.motorolafans.com/inde...optimized+flex ) if it would help

to split the files up some have suggested using the (Mot) flash utility, then pull the cable out while the .shx is being expanded. just did this yesterday with the OPTIMIZED_SETUP_A780.shx file and the .smg file i wanted (for /usr/setup) was easy to mount, copy, modifiy, etc.
