Can we use linscript to make phone speak what we want?

Why using lin script since we can do that by activating Talking Phone feature !!!

i want to use sound to notify event in linscript. It is good if it can speak what we want than speak only recorded wav file.

Seems that could be worthy a try, as it would allow some easier testing of scripts when we don't want to use qconsole...
