is it possible to create a dock panel like that for linux desktop for our mobiles??? the implementation for desktop is called avant window navigator (AWN) link --> http://wiki.awn-project.org/index.php?title=Main_Page

i already saw the vista clock implementation hence this question...maybe i'm expecting tooooooo much from this site

it is not so useful in our phones...

This would definitly look great but it would also decrease our phones performance and speed. If you want some 'similar' thing you can try the StartMenu app

I think dynamic widget/gadgate on the home screen will be more use full, it's that means we must replace current home screen?
