I'm not totally agree when I hear the moto firm is perfect.
It just gave me an idea : gpl-violations.org !
It's facts that they use opensource without any care of GPL license coming with them...a totally anormal thing!!!
That's my only problem with this _good_ company...
such a big problem because of the company size and attitude, but a resolvable one I hope if we help them with some _sane_ kicks at the right place.
Without it they'll continue to do the strict minimum not to have a bad trial in the ass.

We guys have to learn what respect is to some horrible financial guys at moto's headquarter!!

I've learned here that some guys published their work ( I dunno in wich licence, I suppose GPL but would need to know that explicitly)
I talk about the libs headers from, samr7, foxe6, flylasly, blackhawk, and more reverse engineers probably, the team of mkezx...to help us compiling and develloping : THANKS YOU MENS, thousand Thanks. For End-user: it's thanks to the work of those guys that we can have some goods apps in an ezx phone, not a detail...

I'd like to create a sort of software list (really original,no?), as it seem to interest a lot of user here.
But in my POV, all the softwares needs to have:
--compilation instruction and sources
--firmware/ phone model's organization
--why not subversion, GIT or cvs repository too??
--of course a binary space with comments attached.(It's the opposite of what you guys do! the attached thing is programs inside the comments , really not intentionnal -it can be discussed, no fear- we can change it step by steps, softly, if you prefer
Ah, @Admin, you asked for suggetions, heu? so that's one...

As I said I'd really like to help doing that, i think I'd learn a lot of scripting, COMPILING, etc... and win some good ezx knowledge or at least getting better at organizing software library and creating websites!!

I don't think it's easy but we can try...with at least 50 softs, we should probably learn a lot.

In results it will clarify some things about firmwares and phones versions as I noticed a lot of enigmas/or known problems in this domain, even for the most skilled members.

Such a matrix would help also developpers and PERHAPS openEZX, what should be great, no?

i think a wiki page will be a good start for this.
our wiki is a lot of work in progress and not nearly finished by now.
if you need help for a start, feel free to cantact me.

most programs from here have the sources (sometimes a bit hard to find)
others from ccmove are very hard to get. (there is some chinese reading/writing helpful)

any help is very welcome
