Default using camera for backlight

why not use the camera to make a guess of the surounding light
and give the backlight controller some hint what we need
if it is dark outside, the backlight can goto 30%
if it is bright, backlight goto 100%
i think this can give some battery savings.

will that not lead to consume more battery keeping the camera ON , already the battery life is poor

@swifty
Send the source to me and I will try to make it work on E680i/A780. Still in progress learning A1200/E6 native application build for now. Found some strange issue like a widget raised seg. fault when I change the label text, Russian's FBReader A1200 port raised seg. fault when open the configuration dialog, eClock not working at all, etc. I decided to make my own EZXSysInfo (success) and FBReader (not satisfied enough with Russian's port, still in progress) port for learning purpose. I have working crosstool build from mkezx but too big to share
