    Default Flexbit Editor for Linux OS mobiles from Meiner Einer

    This is the latest tool from Meiner Einer (faq4mobiles.de).
    With this tool you can edit the "ezx_flexbit.cfg" file which is like a switch station for funtions on your mobile.
    It will only work for mobiles with a Linux OS, like ROKR E2, ROKR E6, ROKR Z6, RAZR² V8 etc.
    There are 2 version of this Flexbit-Editor, one for Windows and one for Linux.

    Flexbit-Editor for Windows

    Flexbit-Editor for Linux

    I also have a little Guide on how to use the Flexbit-Editor.

    If it is a Linux OS based phone with a "ezx_flexbit.cfg" file it will work.

    But ezx_flexbit.cfg should be extracted from the phone, or I simply need to put the phone on Modem/USB-Lan mode?

    No you have to extract that "ezx_flexbit.cfg" file from the firmware, it is in the CG43, which can be edited cos there is no digital signatur in it.
    Here is a guide on how to do that.

    A "ezx_flexbit.cfg" looks like this
    [SYS_FLEX_TABLE]
    0 = 1208211392
    1 = 508950768
    10 = 15726684
    11 = 44040192
    12 = 0
    2 = 567738755
    3 = 10198269
    4 = 4287585152
    5 = 1336182527
    6 = 131921919
    7 = 3753952791
    8 = 4253424388
    9 = 1126399

    Normally you would convert one number into binary code then fill up to 32 places with 0, count and select your bit you want to change and then convert it back to decimal and replace that number. Flexbit Editor does all that for you, you just have to tick the bits you want to change, save and done.
