class ZConfig for e680i&a780

I created a head file just for e680i&a780, you can use the cell phone standard class "zconfig".
it used like class Config.h in opie...

This class allows us to create and modify standard config file in phone, hope usefull.

maybe there are some wrong in my code,but still now,it works well on my phone...
