APP: Backup & Restore Now for Motorola A1200 / Rokr E6

backup database with Backup & Restorenow
backup ringtone & photo by copy it folder into your safe place.

Restore by
restore database with Backup & Restorenow
copy ringtone and photo back to old folder.

I tried it and works fine. It also backups CONTACT's PHOTO as happened in mine. It showed me the contact's picture perfectly fine when i had deleted all the contacts from my phonebook.
I am not sure about calendars as its pretty difficult to take note of the success in it.
About sms. Well i am just satisfied with it. I made a backup and then deleted a message and cleared it out from the trash, it didnt restored the same message. But when i restarted the phone, it showed me the message in the trash itself and not the folder from which it was deleted after the backup.
Also with another message in another folder, it restored the message perfectly fine in the very same folder.
But anyway, the application is superb but it would be awesome if you could make that backup file compatible to windows which could be opened up by the user in the computer. Now i know i am demanding something high but its pretty necessary too

PROBLEM HERE!!

Ok,
After my first trial of wiping out my contacts and trying to use this application. It worked fine.
But now what?? All my messages started declining soon when i clicked on a folder. A blank screen with few dotted lines and the numbers on the right decreasing rapidly. I went to my addressbook and got this error message when clicking on a contact...
"Sorry the record does not exist"
Ok, cool! I flashed up the piece from generic .08p to aksd firmware.
Restored the data....did an awesome job.
Now after a day, it started giving me the same problem. Seriously, i just couldnt figure whats the issue. With everyone satisfied with the application, what might be the problem in mine.
I have rebooted it number of times...no freaky success.

Can anyone tell me or suggest me anything which can help me to get out of this trouble?
