Hi everybody,
this thread is to start discussions on the more or less new mobiles featuring digital TV broadcast reception. Motorola has designed a flipless A780, with no keyboard. This lack of a keyboard implies a number of problems in setting this handset, or even turning service mode on. It is also uncertain, to me at least, whether the hardware is the same, or similar to basic A780, no description is to be found on the net, nor on Motorola homepage. I have bought such a handset, and unfortunately I have some serious problems with it. It seems, according to the A780 service manual, that the transceiver board assembly died on me. I hope there are some better trained people than my humbled self, who can offer some comments and opinions in the matter. Thank you in advance.
