newb helper

newb helper tag or sticky newb helper topic idea...
So i worked tech support for a bit. It has it's plusses and minuses.
I was thinking that something along the lines of a post that says
hey these guys will help you install new apps on phone y
would be a generally good thing.
So i'll volunteer to write the post,
although there might be people who can write it better,
the idea is if users im to resolve installation errors then there's fewer.
I can't get x to install on y please help.
kind of posts.
I'm only qualified for e680 family of phones, so i can't do it all myself.
I guess a post in the thread would be something to the effect of
I can help with phone y

Well thank you for offer.. I will think about this and discuss it with the staff. it might be a good ideal to have a thread to contact a certain group for help.

usually the head people are the moderators. They are the ones who most members seek for help.
