how to add embedded flash in the posts

Well... i had sent a pm to admin and Alpha about this earlier.. and i haven't received a reply yet..

The problem is... i wanted to add some embedded flash to the posts.. something like a youtube video.. but i couldn't the post would write the code as is.. and it wouldn't be recognized as embed code..

Can someone tell me what should be done to get it working.. ??
