Excellent point. I'd love to be able to switch applications without having to close the one that's in front all the time.

(Better idea, let's get Opie/Qtopia to bootstrap and manage the whole phone, scrap EZX altogether and make our own flash. )

What's the difference between your idea and the Task Manager that we have in our phone (home menu screen -> option -> Task Manager)??? We can switch and close applications from there, too.

Or maybe you mean a Task Manager with an automated, scheduled tasks?

If there are significant differences with the one we have, we should consider developing that (as a bounty project, maybe?).
