How to unlock motorola charm

hi
i wanted to know if theres a free way of unlocking an motorola charm. My cousin gave me her phone thinking it was bricked but i got the stock rom and flashed it with rsd. Now i need to see if it works but i dont have a tmobile sim card to test. so i was looking to unlock to try with my sim card. any ideas where i can unlock for free?
