hey guyz, pls help me out! I'm stuck at a point where the phone needs to connect to 192.168.1.1!!! It says Kernel panic - ......etc. I've done all the processes but still stuck at that poiny. Please help me

well same here .... and with many other who want to run on their phones
basically the thing which is going wrong is that you need to mount the Android File System on NFS so that the phone could access the File System over USBNet and run the Android OS on phone.

but the process of NFS has changed from time and no update on that is there...

yes you can if you are good enough and know all things regarding porting Android to new devices.
I think we can port upto Android 2.2 (FROYO) as with almost same configuration phone runs FROYO
so there are possibilities....
