Is it possible to port Milestone (India)Maps on A1600?

Hi developers, Is it possible to port Milestone (India) MAPMYINDIA maps on A1600? I know my question is very foolish but still nothing is impossible to MotoFans Developers.

well Yes you asked a really foolish question as Maps are images or data files that are loaded by navigator applications.

So your questions must be porting ANDROID Navigator application to EZX but I suppose that is some how difficult to port even if we get the source code since there is no headers for A1600 firmwares... related to GPS..

I think I have cleared your doubt. and if anyone can prove me wrong then I they are welcome to do so.

In A1600 Maps are loaded in Memory card. Any maps can be used by putting maps in Maps folder. This folder is 100MB. I thought Milestone maps are loaded in Memory card. So thought there might be chances.

well there could be chances but since they are made for different platform so there may be chances that the file types can differ which will make them useless well can you tell us what kind of files are there in maps folder. It seems that there could be some possibility. but to make sure we must have minimum of two users or a user with both A1600 as well as motorola milestone.. May be shantanu could help as He has A1600 and Milestone

There are many type of files.
Oiginal.ini, India.tmc, India.rtt, .rtr, .rtv, .rttp, .rttps, .rttpr, .rto, .rtd, India.poimappig, .qkn & there is sub folder "Favourite" It is containing personalised groups that we created for fav. locations.
