Unhappy Problem with power and USB. Please help.

    Hi,

I've got Motorola A910 for few months and so far I can't use it normally. The problem is, it reacts when is connected to wall charger, it turns on and off unstoppably (until I disconnect it from charger). I'm 100% sure that battery is not the problem. Also, I can't power the phone on, only sometimes if I try like 10000 times. I've tried to put the phone in Bootloader mode, but when I disconnect it from charger, it powers of immediately. Also, when I connect it to USB cable, it's LED indicator on the back reacts with green color, but I can't power the phone on. I can make a video showing the problems but I must know that at least 1 person will try to help me in ANY way, so I beg you to at least try to help me. Please.

PS: Sorry for my bad English.

well I don't know whether it is your battery fault or your phones fault but either any of them is malfunctioning as the battery is completely empty so when you pull the phone in wall charger the phone starts by the power of wall charger but when you disconnect your phone due to no charge in battery it turns off and the battery is not charging when you plugin the charger well if you can manager to charge the battery from other source then your phone is faulty other wise battery is faulty I have same problem with my A1200 and it has a hardware fault so I too think that it can be a hardware problem well if you can manage to charge your battery and then if the phone starts for a while till battery is charged then I can suggest you a method which helped my solving this problem on my A1200 but first I want to make sure that it is phone fault as battery can also be faulty sometimes

well I don't know that my A1200 solution will work on A910 or not but it should I will try my best to help you

    I have desktop charger for charging Li-Ion and Li-Poly batteries and as I said I'm 1000000 % sure this isn't battery's fault.

PS: This is 4th battery I tried to use and this one is original Motorola BT60 (it's new).

I faced same kind of problem with My A1600. Phone started re booting on its own (5-6 times) a day. I took it to service centre. Before handovering my phone to service engineer, I just gave master clear to delete sms stored in my A1600. And went home leaving my phone in service centre. Service engineer didn't understand what for I gave phone their. Phone was functioning very well. 2 days they kept my phone in observation. Absolutely there was no problem

well Master clear is and option in settings of every Motorola Phone which resets the phone to factory settings and Master reset is another feature of Motorola Phones which cleans every new information that you made in phone and restores all settings after you do Master Reset the phone becomes like you have just unpacked in from the box with all factory settings

@Kundan... Master Reset is Factory reset, Master clear is cleans up phone data. Check your above post.

But I can't turn power on the phone so how am I supposed to do Master Clear or Master Reset ?

PS: If this can help, I know that the phone has messed up software and it needs battery & usb fix (I have it on my PC) but to flash it I need to power on the phone and this is impossible as for now.
