I don´t think that adding them to bashrc will help. Currently I have nothing like that in igeekmod - I will have a look at how E2 firmwares do that (I think a closer look at /etc/init.d will help) and try to implement it in R2.
abort igeekmod is autorun scripts？？？ like E2 autorun.txt
