Lookig for USBLan driver

I want to telnet into my A780 and so
I'm desperately trying to get Belcarra's USBLan driver for Windows but these following links do NOT work:

hello Yongyut & everyone,
have u tried telneting after installing this usblan on A780 ? if so pls let me know. i installed the mobile tools CD that came with A780 and i also installed usblan after that.. but it doesnt telnet... it doesnt detect 169.254.142.2 .... wat could be wrong ?
