New laptop bt cant send via blue tooth.

I bought a new hp laptop NX series..but i can't send any files...from my A780 into my laptop though the phone identifies the laptop with blue tooth is switched on....on my laptop.
Also also it shows the progress bar on the A780 which appears during the file transfer..bt...nuthing happens after that..

Any help would....be appreciated. thanx

can you bond the laptop with A780 (laptop must be discoverable)?

laptop identifies a780 and also...a780 identifies the laptop...wt to do??
