VR failed and other minors Pb on A780

I'm unable to get the voice recognition: each time I try to load the VR, I got the message "load VR failed". The owner's manual says you have to try again, but there's more than one month I'm trying unsuccessfull!!!!

I've anothr minor problem: it's unpossible to change the name of the Alert Styles.

I would want to change the contrast to get better colors but I don't find any solution. The only item I found concerning the scren aspect is the Backlight setup.

Last point: does anyone knows how to get the soft informations. secret code? or something else.

I'm from French Guyana in South America and I can't find any hotline to give me informations. I hope MFC will be able to help me......
