call disconnect after closing the flip

is there any way that when attending a call on flip open, if i close the flip, the call should not disconnect?

Yes, you can. But you need to connect headset to the phone (it works at least with bluetooth headset, I don't know if this works with cable one). I haven't found an option to disable this "feature" in other cases.
