camera,recorder doesnt captures and phonebook doesn't backup

i ve da same phone infected from da same P.C and same problem and also i m unable 2 backup my phone book from da software provided. when i click backup it shows that my phone is not connected and it does not searches my phone........ please help because i cannot master clear as i ll loose my phone book before i do the back up.
