Business Card reader for A780?

Hi Guys,

Not a technical expert on Linux, but if both, A780 and 1200, have the same OS, is it possible to have the biz card reader of the 1200 on the 780?

this depends on the hardware.
the camera of A780 is not good enough in macro for reading cards.
A1200 has an extra lens for this.
