    Default A780 no GUI

I have a A780, the asian version with no GPS. I was doing a master clear and reset and the battery died. and I turned it back on with a full charge. It took about 5 minutes to load. When it finally loaded there where no pictures nothing just yellow ! and letters. I can't even see the numbers where I'am suppose to dial or type text message.

I think it is a firmware issue. but I don't know where to find it and if I did I couldn't install it.

    Any asstitance would be great

    thanks

You need to flash your phone using a proper flashfile from the available. To do so you need to use RSD Lite program, here's a link to the newest, 3.3 version.

How do I flash my phone

There posts all over for flashing, but basically you download the firmware you want installed (there are links all over this site for the firmware). and download RSD Lite or PST. Install either of those programs then use which ever one you install to flash your phone with the firmware you downloaded.

One note you may need to put your phone in bootloader mode before you flash it by holding in the navigation wheel on the left hand side of the phone and the camera button on the right when you turn the phone on.

There is a error when i put on the above firmware. I believe I need a trans flash card. If not can someone assist me otherwise.

You don't need any transflash card. All you need is an USB cable to connect the phone to your PC.
