Problems installing Java aplications.

I have A780
My Flex is:

Technology
Quad-Band GSM

My problem is that i can´t install java aplications, When i execute it, always ask me where I want to install it but, when I push the button install always tell me, "invalid package"

What I´m doing wrong?
I have to activate or install something before install java aplications?
Or I have to cahnge my flex version?

Do you have a GPS model and did you flash your phone recently? If you don't have a GPS and if you flashed your phone with European firmware this is the reason you can't install Java.

I bought the movile in USA, How I can Know if I have a GPS model, Because it has Copilot installed, but i can´t execute it.

Then you have an Asian model with European firmware. Reflash it with Asian fw with BPFlex beginnig with GSOA780....

I don't underetand what is the problem, anyway java aplications must work!!!!!

The problem is that if you install software that was supposed to be used on GPS hw on non-GPS machine you get flash error at 90-something percent and that results in Java problem. Search the forum to find out more.

One last question. what languages are avaliable Asian firmware?
