tnx in advance
Sunddenly my AGPS activation option has disappeared. At the same time, I've lost the time and alarm settings. People say that general erasing can fix the problem but a loosing all the settings and programs, and without guarantee. Does anybody know another way to proceed?

Yes that's the reason of this thread. I would like to know the reason of this behaviour, either GPS chip is dead or a simple software corruption, before master reset or clear...
Your flex-connector from phone to keyboard are broken!

Yes, it seems to... There are lots of folks across the web with the same problem and nobody has talked about a software problem. In my opinion the UART2 wire is broken (flex connector or chip connection). However the keypad goes fine. Is there any way to certify this? Seems to be a mayor problem that finishes sending the phone to the Motorola Support Service.
