Imeant seem element 116. You need a seem editor and a hex editor to check.

No. In this seem you should be see the phone-lock-code(not subsidy). But on "www.motomodders.com" there are a "reset_subsidy_to_00000000"-flexfile. But I don´t know if it works?!
