Firmware Version not known

Hey guys i am in a mess. My phone is stuck on boot screen and does not move ahead. As per the instructions on the site, i have downloaded rsd lite. now i need to find the appropriate firmware hw do i get it. I got the phone in India and it indicates EZX AP bootloader version 3.0 2004-05-18

Could anyone please help me

OK...since u got the phone in india, u needto use theasian fw...get the latest one here

Hey same here plz load the latest firmware for indian phones........
I have loaded the firmware with copilot in the download section....I din't know wat difference would it make... And ya ppl plz help me unlock the phone..

What do you mean by unlock? Do you have simlock or you don't know the security code?

Hi Guys,

Iam also having a indian firmware, if we have a guide on which firmware we have to chose and what will be the advantage, because present firmware am able to install mpkg files. Things works well with firmware. I have read in some thread that indian A780 does not come with GPS, so we cant use the firmware with copilot.

Only thing i am bit frustated with this is the calendar , its slow.
