Telnetting into A780 -- pleas help

Hi,

I am still trying to telnet in to my phone from windows, still not successfull, i need some help

the firmware version i use is R52_G_0D.50.AEP BP:R52_G_0D.39.B1P

i followed every step given in the tutorial, while configuring the hyperterminal the call prefernece section is disabled for me, iam unable to choose operated assisted manual dial

I tried also loading the linloader, though i dint understand what it is for

Please help, i might have asked something stupid please do bear and help me out i am trying get hold of things

should i re flash with new firmware to telnet to work?

iam using the indian version R52_G_0D.50.AEP BP:R52_G_0D.39.B1P some one please throw some light on it else atleast a link where i can get some information.

If i should reflash which version should i go with, i found link for reflashing E680 can i follow the same or is there something i shud do
