EDGE-enable problem

Hello MotoFans...
I hava asian version of A780 with firmware
R52_G_0D.76.A1R_0D.C0.B1P

To enable EDGE I follow instructions from
http://my.mauglis.com/~evaldas/edge/
seem successfuly changed,
my network support EDGE, but A780 still work only with GPRS.

Pllzzz help me...

Did you restart phone? Try to download 0032_001 seem with P2Kman and check if 2nd bit in 89th is still on. Go to another town or location looking for EDGE
I haven't tried it with 76 firmware version but I don't believe that Motorola changed something about EDGE

Yes, I restart phone, download 0032_001 seem
bit 2 is checked, but EDGE not work at all..

I Try Nokia with same cell and same SIM, EDGE - works...

Fun situation, I buy A780 at Ebay,
Seller says me that device have
-EDGE
-GPS,
but I have pretty device with nether EDGE no GPS
