Ringer volume starts soft then loud. Fix?

I have have my A780 for over a year, but I'm a newbie to this board. I have done a search but I can't find the hacks or thread to make the "Ring Loud" actually ring loud throughout and not at the end (starts soft then gets louder). I always miss the call because of this.

Can someone tell me how to fix this or point me to a link?
