AGPs / GPS cant enabled

I habe a problem , my copilot doent find a signal...
and if i touch on the batterie , the menu GPS / AGPS on off , i cant becaue this menu isnt there

what can i do?
Im german pleas help me ..... i doent understand so much englich...

Ich habe ein problem mein Co pilot findet kein Signal,
und AGPS/GPS lässt sich nicht einschalten weil der menuepunkt nicht mehr da ist...

Dazu habe ich einen roten balken durch meine gps antenne im display !!

Mostly the Problem could be solved by resetting the phone (ALL DATA WILL BE LOST)
