Flashing error :O

I flashed my phone with the procedure below. The step1 & step2 were fine. However, when the computer is flashing the third file, at 47%, I get this error: "Error flashing Subscriber Unit Error 0xE0020086 while sending address 0x8C18000".

At the bottom the computer says: "Interface AP-OS: Error flashing Subscriber Unit Error 0xE0020086 while sending address 0x8C18000" and the process stops.

When I turn on the phone, everything looks good, but I can't install .jar or .jad I am updating from v50 to v61. What I did wrong?

BTW, I am using PST for flashing my phone.

Try flashing again using the MultiFlashFlex tool in your PST folder. Let me know if you get the same results.

According with your instructions, I tried this Multiflex and I got the error again! I also tried to flash the phone with the version 74 (full flash) and I get the same error when the flashing is 93% completed!

I got the same...

I've just buy a A780 from Hong Kong (Edge but no GPS). I had an unbrand version 74...

To have french I try to flash to the european version, and i'm stucked at 93%.

The phone restart, works well... but i was quite affraid the first time.


EDIT :
I've pluged the phone to a AC conertor from an XDA all night long, an this morning, i can't use the phone...
I can't switch on, I cant go in the bootloader (wits Volume + Photo + power button)...

I've made a brick.

My phone is from China. The flashing process fails at 93%. Do you can install jar and jad applications? My phone works fine, but I can't install those applications.
