Then every time you are in the next country, reset en in copilot choose the new country you want to navigate in...

It's possible to reset the CoPilot with the linloader script, to enable other country maps.
Now, how can I do a routing between three countries? Can I plan a complete intra-country route from Germany to Italy, and simply reset each time I cross a border?
Or do I have to route in three steps, like hometown -> border 1 -> border 2 -> destination?
