I want to know if the european model is available in Bangalore(India). Is there anybody who has one .. and uses GPS succesfully in Bangalore. Thanx in advance.

I doubt any motorola dealer sells a motorola A780 with GPS in Bangalore. However you can try with Motorola employees. They have ambassador program where they sell motorola phones at a subsidised price for motorola employees.

a780 has the gps hardware but it does not have the gps formware ...

yes I have a 74 version, telnet works fine using btblan driver. u can search for this in forum.
