    Default SD card and USBlan

I am a newer to A780 and also linux.

Now in A780 there isn't nero and qonsole, so I don't where I can use the data I store in the SD card. is it in the application 'files'--'trash'

I also have some problem with the usb telnet. I can get the ip address for the phone 102.168.1.2, is it static arrage by the auto config. also it is sucessful to connect my PC so that it gets this IP.

For my PC I still can't use the ifconfig -a to find the interfact usb0. I don't know how.

Can anyone give me some hits?

I am guessing you are connecting using Windows. The IP address to connect to is 169.254.142.2. The phone is auto assigned this IP address.

Also, the transflash card is used to store file such as mp3's, movies, documents, etc because the a780 has limited phone memory. You may also install applications/games to save space on your phone. I just received my 1GB transflash card. I have tons of mp3's and music videos stored on it.

    Thanks a lot.

But I am connecting the A780 with my suse 9.0 linux OS. Anyway, I still can use the usbnet to connect the A780. But the A780 get the ip 192.168.1.2. And when I use ping in suse shell, it can return the ping packeage. But when I using ' telnet 192.168.1.2' username:root password: (just blank as default for the A780)
It request me to input the login and password again.

I can't see the usb0 in my linux PC, when i use ifconfig command to check.

Is it any hits from you?
