You may have to disable the privacy feature one by one on the A780 or disable it globally in exchange, sync them to the A780 and enable the privacy feature on exchange again.
Not making them private to begin w/ would solve all of your problems.
Hello everyone,
I have to enter the PIN everytime I want to see the private appointments. Is there a way to turn the password check off?
It makes sense, that private appointments are hidden or protected in public or shared calendars (ie. exchange), but when I sync them with my phone I want to see them without PIN checking - like in Outlook...
thanx,

I've accidentally imported a repeating private event into my A780's calendar via Bluetooth. Not realising that the event was private on import, I don't know its password. I can delete each event individually or on a month-by-month delete all basis... but I can't delete the entire series as I can't access the event!! Any ideas? Even clearing the entire calendar is an option - if I knew how to do it!
Thanks,
Ross
by default the password should be the PIN, that you have to enter when turning on your phone. But I think you should also be able to delete the series with the mobile Phonetools.
