A780 doesn't show in Explorer

Hello there,
I'm a A780 owner but to get inside it and do some minor tweaking I'm a real dummy and hope that someone here can help me out with my first question:
When I attached my previous phones after a few seconds they did appear in Windows Explorer but after connecting the A780 there's nothing coming up in the Explorer window so I cann't "reach" it to explore the phone.
Is there a way to solve this or another way to "explore" the files and folders on the phone.
I work with XP Pro, Office 2003 XP Pro
