I have BikeAtor, but I'm not too sure how to use it since the instructions are in German

I don't really need to download maps for it (Thats What mobile Gmaps/Copilot is for), I just need to save my route to a GPX file, my problem is I don't know how to tell when the GPS has a fix on my location.

How can I tell once it knows where I am?
