Filesystem on phone has errors!!

anybody have this kind of problem?

"Filesystem on phone has erros!
Reformat is recommended!"

How to solve this?

i have back up my datas few times already but still scared i will loose all contacts...

how to reformat ?

Here the steps I suggest:

1. Backup-ing contacts, messages

cp /ezxlocal/sysDatabase /mmc/mmca1

2. Get into flashing attitude Get a "Swiss Army Knife" functional working phone

 PST and CGs stuffs

3. Restoring your backup

 #kill `pidof db_daemon` //killing database daemon
# cp /mmc/mmca1/sysDatabase /ezxlocal 
# db //running contacts, messages database

hahaha...i didnt do anything since last time and now my screen hangs if i touch it.....

i cant use only joystick???? i cant access to anything...i am really tired now...
do i have to flash myA780 ??

any thing i can do without flashing it ?

3) U will see some sort like windows "Blue screen" or BSOD like appearing:

　　　　start reflash code　

4) Note: u muz see the "start reflash code" before doing step 5, else keep repeating the same procedures till u see it
5) wait for 1 min, power off... restart...
6) Everything should be back to normal, u may still have ya contacts lists n messages intact.. u only lose the manual installed programs"

tried this on my A780...

nothing happened...

connect A780 With Pc (Storage Mode),Right Click In Memory Phone-->Properties ---> Choose Tap Tool---> Choose Check Now: Check : Automatically fix file system error,(may have to do 1 or 2 times)

now my a780 already hangs....
it got stuck on the Moto screen..

i gotta falsh it i guess..

i have flashed it using hongkong generic "GoTone"

successfully operational..then i restore all my smses and phone book...

what a relief.....3 days of looking aroung and trying...

Now the problem with my A780 moto is:

Memory Full !

aarggh..ive deleted my SMSes and Contacts...still the message appears.
