I'm relative new user of Motorola. with my work telephone=L6 I manage to flash and mod.

BUT... I didn't saw any post regarding an Firmware available to download and flash (moded or not) with some review:.. something like this:

European Fw version X kenel 0.4/0.6
NO branding/ Branded on...
SIM FREE/T-Mobile/O2 blabla
GPS works well
Copilot available/not available
SIP included in menu
Hidden functions: blabla
GPRS yes/no
Added stuf: bla bla
Removed stuff: blabla

Good points: improving signal, seem modified as... blablabla
Bad points: no fps in movies, no themes.. blablabla

In SE phones FW is much more order in things like that.

I admit I'm noob in this MOTO A780 ..but still .. i think It's not a closed group .... so, sometimes you have to talk in a manner that everybody to understand.

For example: I browsed the forum from 10Pm till 3 AM in order to find witch firmware is suitable for European (spain bought) GPS motorola A780.
I bought this phone from someone who bought this from spain.
It's unbranded phone (this I'm sure).. and I can't see the flex and fw version yet....
The phone works perfectly (as owner said) but I want to be sure that I'm covered from this point of view.
SO where I can find something about FW... (I saw the table with known FW)..hard to believe that is only one Fw unbranded unlocked for all retail phones in Europe.

Hi,

I like this forum and I found many times help.
Now I have a problem: my friend bought A780 from Amazon. This is without GPS version. I had try to flash to last version (R52_G_0D.76.A1R_0D.C0.B1P_SE6820AD3F1_L001_S010_P004_GCOA780000E1027), but the flashing process was failed at 94%.
The phone still is working normal (only the start-up screen is corupted).
The initial version was R52_G_0D.74.A2R. The phone seems to be made for Hong Kong.

I try to found help in the forum; I found topics with similar problem like my. The advice is to flash before this version R52_G_0D.61.A1R.

My problem is that I'm not able to found working link to this version (R52_G_0D.61.A1R). So, please, if some has a working link to this to post or send me by email (gpaunescu@gmail.com); or someone, maybe can send the files to my email.

I found this links: ftp://neostream.dynu.com/ and the one from ccmove, but are not working.

Hi guys!
I'm new here! I'm from Hungary! I bought an A780 phone and it comes with the following firmware:
AP: R52_G_0D.43.A3P
BP: R52_G_0D.32.B1P
Flex: GSOA780T673AU01A
DSP: 62252500

I want to flash it to a newer one but I don't know which one. which one do you recommend? can i flash R52G0D.76.A1R0D.C0.B1PSE6820AD3F1L001S010P004GCOA780000E1027full?
or if yes what is the procedure? or can i flash it straightly without flashing before it other wirmwares?
