There is nothing wrong so you flashed a firmware thats designed for a different hardware chip. It is for a RSA-signed BP. And you have an none signed BP and afaik you have the latest firmware for your BP.

Sometimes people have trouble to flash this firmware on older devices. Hopefully your phone works like before. So its better only flash this firmware if you have allready the latest BP like you did.

Normaly its recommend to flash your phone with this firmware
    R52_G_0D.50.AHP_0D.42.B1P_T673AS_L001_S018_P003_GSOA780T673AS064

I dont know if you can go back, if it works leave it like this.

In any apple is a worm. Through each window flies a bug.
That's why I take Linux, because what does not fly can not crash.

perhaps it because my A780 is GSOA780T673AS064 and that is GSOA780T674KF064。

Alot of these so called Full Flash FWs aren't full flash. There is a switch in the either Ramloader 1 or Ramloader 3. Here's an example, I can flash my Ming with R541L7 FW then try to flash back to older R541 FW and the AP will only flash because most FWs .sbf files have the switch turned off to backwards flashing of the BP. But if I use one of Yano's R541 AP/BP Full Flash FWs, the BP will flash because he knows where exactly that switch is located in the Ramloader. I've been using a Hex Editor trying to find the switch but no luck yet.

Look for a FW that Yan0 or Bint has modded. Most of Yan0 will backwards flash the BP.
